Refund Policy

If the product is not what you expected, write to support@theastralmap.site within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we refund the full amount. No form to fill in and no explanation required.

How the money comes back

Refunds are issued through Shopify to the original payment method. Banks usually show the amount within 5 to 10 business days.

Technical problems first

If the unlock link did not arrive or the generator failed, tell us before asking for a refund — most cases are a lost email and we can resend access in minutes.

Digital nature

These are digital products delivered immediately. By completing checkout you agree that access starts right away; the 14-day goodwill window above applies regardless.
