Birth data stays in your browser
The name, date, time and place you enter are used only to compute the chart on your own device. They are not sent to a server and we never see them.
If you give us your email to receive a reading, we store it with our email provider (Klaviyo) together with the sign and number results, so we can send you the reading and occasional related emails. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.
Purchases
Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify, which acts as processor for your name, email, billing details and order. We never see or store card numbers. Shopify's own privacy terms apply to that step.
Analytics and advertising
We may load the Meta pixel to measure which ads lead to purchases. It sets cookies in your browser and reports page views and purchases to Meta. Blocking cookies or using a tracker blocker does not affect the product.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time by writing to support@theastralmap.site. We answer within 30 days.
